Who We Serve

Built for people in transition.

Our homes serve independent adults who need a stable, affordable place to land. We do not provide medical care or personal assistance. Residents must be able to care for themselves independently.

Veterans

Transitioning from military service or working through a difficult season. HUD-VASH and VA benefits welcome.

Adults in Life Transition

Whether starting over, relocating, or stabilizing — you need solid ground and we provide it.

Foster Care Alumni

Young adults aging out of foster care who need a bridge between systems and independence.

Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

For those referred through SSVF, shelter programs, or housing authorities seeking rapid rehousing.

Shared and Private Furnished Room

Fully Furnished. Clean and move-in ready.

Shared Common Areas

Kitchen, living area, and bathroom shared with a small group of residents. House rules keep it peaceful.

Safe Environment

Background screening for every resident. Zero tolerance for activity that puts others at risk.

Grecian Homes is a housing resource for veterans, transitional adults, and individuals referred through government and nonprofit programs. We accept the following income and voucher sources.

VA and HUD combined housing voucher for veterans experiencing homelessness

SSVF

Supportive Services for Veteran Families rapid rehousing grants

VA Benefits

VA disability compensation, pension, and other guaranteed VA income

Housing Choice Vouchers administered through local housing authorities

Getting housed is straightforward.

    Complete a short application. Provide proof of income and a background check authorization.

    Review

    We review your application, verify income, and confirm availability. Usually within 48 hours.

    Move In

    Sign your resident agreement, complete a walkthrough, and get your keys.
